HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Browse through all our products and get inspired. If you already know what you're looking for, use the menu in the navigation bar or the search bar to quickly find the product you want. You can search by category or explore the "Collections" menu for inspiration.

Once you find the right product, you can quickly add it to your cart to continue shopping, or click the "Buy Now" button to proceed directly to checkout.

In the first case, you can review the items in your cart by clicking the icon at the top right corner of the page. Click on "checkout" to proceed with your purchase. Here, you can also enter any discount codes in the designated box, then click "Apply" to see the updated price.

If you need to leave a specific note, such as arrangements made via email, specifying that it's a gift, or requesting an invoice, you can use the dedicated field in the cart.

Click on "checkout" to proceed.

You can make a purchase as a guest or create your own account. You will be asked to provide shipping information. You can then proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email for your order.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you can also make a purchase as a guest. Alternatively, you can create an account during your order to facilitate future purchases and create a personal wishlist.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, and Satispay.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service at support@weroad.shop. Since we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you. Orders can only be modified before shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

After your order is internally processed by our team, the shipping time will be approximately as follows:

  • Italy - 2 business days
  • Spain, France, Germany - 3-5 business days

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Shipping costs and the free shipping threshold vary based on the destination country:

  • Italy - €6.90, free shipping for orders over €69
  • Spain, France, Germany - €9.90, free shipping for orders over €99.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we create the shipping label, you will receive an email with the tracking number directly from the assigned courier. This way, you can track the progress of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us via email at support@weroad.shop within 14 days from the delivery date, to request an exchange or refund which will be made to the original form of payment. From the date of the email notification, with prior authorization from our customer care team, you’ll have 14 days to ship the return.

Return shipping will be covered by WeRoad for defective products, incorrect items, or size exchanges. For all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail and must be in new or unused condition, with the original labels and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on weroad.shop. The return of the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent to the following address: Global Trading S.r.l Via Comina 47, 20831 - Seregno (MB) - ITALY. The responsibility for the items lies with the customer until they arrive at the warehouse.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you need to exchange the product you have purchased, you can notify us by email at support@weroad.shop within 14 days from the delivery date, our team will support you in making the exchange.
The shipping of the first exchange you request will be paid by WeRoad (in case of defective, incorrect product or size change), from the second exchange, the shipping costs will be paid by the consumer. Purchases must be returned by post and must be in new or unused condition, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Exchanges are only accepted on purchases made directly on weroad.shop. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

WeRoad will verify the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on weroad.shop. You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the different payment providers.

The refund will be free and will always amount to the fee of the returned product(s).

ARE GIFT CARD REFUNDABLE?

Gift cards are not refundable. You can purchase a product via gift card, make a return, and receive a refund directly to the gift card.
