Shipping policy:

Delivery times:
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, although during holidays the time may be slightly longer. If the order was placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing the order on the next business day. After the order is internally processed by our team, the shipment will take approximately the following times:

    • Italy - 2 business days
    • Spain, France, Germany - 3-5 business days

    Delivery costs:
    Based on the destination country, the shipping costs and the spending threshold to get free shipping vary as follows:

    • Italy - €6.90 and free shipping for orders over €69
    • Spain, France, Germany - €9.90 and free shipping for orders over €99

     

     

     

    Return policy:

    WeRoad gladly accepts returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us by email at support@weroad.shop within 14 days from the delivery date to obtain an exchange or a refund in the original form of payment. From the date of email communication, upon authorization by our customer care team, you have 14 days to ship the return.

    The return shipment will be at the expense of WeRoad in case of a defective or incorrect product or a size exchange, while for all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail and must be in new or unused condition, with original labels and in the original packaging. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on weroad.shop. For further questions or special requests, do not hesitate to contact our customer support team by sending an email to support@weroad.shopThe return of the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address: Global Trading S.r.l Via Comina 47, 20831 - Seregno (MB) - ITALY. The responsibility for the items lies with the customer until they arrive at the warehouse.

    How to make a return:

    If it is a damaged product, incorrect or size exchange: Within 14 days from the delivery of the goods, send an email to support@weroad.shop specifying your name, order number, items to be returned, reason for the return, and if it is a damaged product, attach photos. You will soon be contacted by our customer care team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method or book the courier pick-up at home. The return shipment and any other return charges will be at the expense of WeRoad, while the shipment and any other charges due to the sending of the changed goods will be communicated and managed by our customer service team.     For all other types of returns:

    Within 14 days from the delivery of the goods, send an email to support@weroad.shop specifying your name, order number, items to be returned, and reason for the return. You will soon be contacted by our customer care team to authorize the return. Once approval is obtained, you can ship the goods with the courier of your choice, bearing the shipment and any other return charges. Alternatively, you can book the pick-up at home through our customer care team: in this case, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund

    Refunds

    When will I receive my refund? WeRoad will verify the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on weroad.shop. You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.

    Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the different payment providers. The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product or items being returned.

    Exchange policy:

    If you need to exchange the product you have purchased, you can notify us by email at support@weroad.shop within 14 days from the delivery date, our team will support you in making the exchange.
    The shipping of the first exchange you request will be paid by WeRoad (in case of defective, incorrect product or size change), from the second exchange, the shipping costs will be paid by the consumer. Purchases must be returned by post and must be in new or unused condition, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
